The first annual National Youth Orchestra of China is proud to present an international concert tour of the U.S and China during the summer of 2017 inaugurated by a performance in Carnegie hall on July 22. Over one hundred Chinese musicians aged 14-21 years old gathered in U.S to participate in an intensive two-week training program, including orchestra rehearsals, master classes, workshops, and cultural excursions. NYO-China joins NYO-USA in Purchase College last weekend for a day of playing and socializing before all orchestras give concerts at Carnegie Hall.
